This tagged Cabin Crafts vintage chenille bedspread is just beautiful with uncut tufts of flowers, vines and leaves, and lots of grapes thrown in. It measures 74" x 102" with an additional 5" fringe on 3 sides bringing the measurement to 84" x 107". It is in very good condition with a tiny bit of loss on one flower, not noticeable but mentioned. There are a few very small stains on it that I haven't tried to remove. If you are interested in it let me know and I will treat and launder. If it's not perfect then I'll adjust the price but I'm sure I can remove them. Priced at 165.00
This 100% cotton vintage chenille bedspread has it's whole life in front of it. I'm quite sure I washed it for the first time. It's in excellent condition and is heavy and plush. The colors are bright and striking. It measures 86" x 102" with no fringe, never had any. This early minty bedspread is priced at $75.00
This pretty soft yellow vintage chenille bedspread is made to come to the floor on a twin size bed. The top is covered in floral uncut tufted design with the skirt being a squiggle type design. This is probably a Cabin Crafts but has no tag. It has no damage either and would look lovely on a twin bed. Priced at $75.00.
I sure wish the Cabin Crafts business was still going, I think I'd pay them to work there and look at all the beautiful things they made.
This full size, cotton chenille bedspread measures 89" x 100" and is pictured on a king size bed off to one side. This is a nice heavy weight one in excellent condition, no holes or loss of chenille. I did see a very light yellow stain on the backing which should come out in a wash, I didn't wash it as it felt crisp and clean. I did buy it at an outdoor show so it might just be from getting a little wet, it's very light. Priced at $75.00
This full size vintage chenille bedspread, all cotton, measures 88" x 101" and is a beauty. This is a nice early one from the 40's with a terrific blue on white design. This is heavy with chenille and in beautiful condition. On close inspection I found one tiny hole near the pillow tuck which could be stitched up with about 4 stitches, very small. Priced at $75.00
This cotton chenille spreads dates itself with the strong Deco appearance. The size is full measuring 88" x 103". The colors are a little hard to describe but I'll try. The backing is a reddish brown chocolate color but a little more reddish than chocolate. Most of the chenille is also the same color but there are boarders of orange around it with the dark burgundy accents and pink flowers. I can send more pics if you want but could only put a couple on the site. It's a striking beauty. I couldn't find anything wrong with this spread from the front but upon turning it over there is some fading on the back that doesn't come through to the front. Stated for accuracy only. The chenille is full and close and this spread is sure to keep anyone warm. Priced at $85.00
This is a beautiful burnt orange and white hand made vintage chenille bedspread. It is probably from the 1930's or early 40's, pre machine made. It features wind mill blades or something similar and is a real beauty with all over design and scalloped skirt. It has fringe on three sides which is hand tied into the spread. It measures 82" x 100" not including the fringe. There is no damage to the muslin type backing or the chenille. There is slight yellowing and a tiny stain at the pillow top. I haven't tried to clean this and it's not noticeable on a bed but mentioned for accuracy. This is just a great early spread in a great color. Priced at $175.00
I seem to have an eye for the early spreads, this is another totally hand made vintage chenille bedspread, pre chenille machine age. It's large and gorgeous measuring 102" x 88" with a 7" fringe in addition. It's displayed on my king size bed and does cover the sides of the mattress (just barely). I would call the pattern snowflake. It has cut tufts and uncut tufts, like candle wicking. I've included a couple of extra pics as this spread deserves it. There is one repair on a bottom corner I almost missed, must have gotten caught at one time. Price on this beauty is $145.00
This vintage chenille has a peach/coral background and a basket of flowers in the center. There are bright lavender ribbons down the sides with dark blue tulips in the basket. Yellow and peach flowers with green leaves adorn the rest with the basket being pink. All the colors you would need. It measures 90" wide by 100" long. It is in excellent condition and priced at $50.00
Heavy and lush are good words to use on this vintage chenille bedspread. Beautiful bouquets of flowers pop up all over. It measures 103" by 87" and is in excellent condition, no noted holes or loss of chenille. This one will keep you warm and make your bed look inviting as well. Price $75.00 HOLD
This vintage chenille bedspread is a little off white with large ball fringe. It measures 100" x 87" and would work well on a full size bed. It is in excellent condition with no noticed damage and lots of chenille tufting, none missing. Price $50.00
