I love making chenille quilts, not much money in it but it sure makes me feel good so I do it when I can.  I only use cotton batting and cotton chenille, my quilts are very GREEN as the material is all recycled chenille bedspreads.  Once and a while I will use something contemporary but that is only occasionally.   More hours than you can imagine go into making these.  Most of the fabrics I use are very expensive.
