The robes and wraps are perfect for the after bath. The wraps also work well instead of a heavy snowsuit. This wrap was made from a vintage chenille bedspread and is just adorable. The baby modeling it is fresh from Toys-r-us and is 20" long but much fatter than a normal baby with a bigger head too, I'm pretty sure. As you can see, there is plenty of growing room. The spread was light weight with heavy decorations. There is a sporadic chenille missing here and there but nothing noticeable. I did replace some of the small white chenille but then bonded a piece to the back to make it wear longer. You can't see the bonding material as it is totally lined with more of the same spread. This cute robe is white swirls with yellow and mustard trim. The baby modeling it is fresh from Toys-r-us and is 20" long but much fatter than a normal baby with a bigger head too, I'm pretty sure. As you can see, there is plenty of growing room. Robes are pretty to use at anytime even if they are a little too big, just roll up the sleeves. This vintage chenille is so pretty and priced at 30.00
This little jacket is made from a vintage chenille bedspread and is soft white with teal trim. The baby modeling it is fresh from Toys-r-us and is 20" long but much fatter than a normal baby with a bigger head too, I'm pretty sure. As you can see, there is plenty of growing room. This was from a newborn pattern but as you can see they are a little larger than that. I've pictured with one arm sleeve pushed up to show where the hands are. This outfit is made from a vintage white chenille spread. There could be a little rayon in this one but it is still nice and soft. The baby modeling it is fresh from Toys-r-us and is 20" long but much fatter than a normal baby with a bigger head too, I'm pretty sure. As you can see, there is plenty of growing room. These two pieces were from a newborn pattern but as you can see they are a little larger than that. Most baby swaddling wraps are quite light weight, this one is a little heavier as I used two layers of vintage chenille. If you keep your house warm this might be to heavy but if your house is like my house you could use this at night. Neither of the chenilles are really thick but it is very soft on the inside and colorful for you to look at with a piece of hot pink Morgan Jones bedspread on the outside. It will wrap around the back completely as you can see, even though my model is a little on the wide side. The consensus is a baby will sleep longer and better if swaddled.
